1. Processing Time: Orders are normally processed between 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Method: Currently we only ship within the United States. 
3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number which can be used on the carriers website to track your package. 
4. Shipping Restrictions: Due to Legal restrictions we will be unable to ship some knife models to certain regions. Please be aware that you are up to date on your local and state knife laws.
5. Shipping Address: Please be sure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Delivery Issues: In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service immediately. we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Please be aware during holidays and unforeseen incidents may delay delivery and processing times.
